PCCS Professionals stands for Person Centered Care Service. We are determined to provide person centered care to people with disabilities in our community.

This initiative has a strong focus on the principles of empathy, compassion and one’s rights to have control and choice over their life. Inspired from our founder Jaya Shajimon’s nursing practice of 31 years, working in various roles like Disability Nurse Navigator, Community Hospital Interface Nurse and Acute Care Nurse this organisation aims to support people with disability.
